Who's behind Trimmly?
Trimmly was founded in 2025 by Eric Leport. After years of helping friends and neighbours navigate the overwhelming number of mower options on the market, Eric decided to build a store that cuts through the noise — a place where every product is personally vetted and every listing tells you exactly what you need to know.
Today, Eric still hand-picks every product Trimmly carries. If you ever have a question that goes beyond the specs, you'll usually get him on the other end of the email.
How do you choose which mowers to sell?
Every mower in our catalogue goes through Eric's personal vetting process before it earns a spot. We look at four things:
- Real-world durability — we read warranty claim data, repairability scores, and long-term owner reviews
- Honest specifications — we test claimed runtime, cut quality, and noise levels against the manufacturer's promises
- Repair-friendliness — modular parts, available spares, accessible service centres
- Price-to-performance — only mowers that justify what they cost make the cut
If a model fails on any of these, we don't sell it. That's why our catalogue is small but every choice is one Eric would put on his own lawn.
How fast does my order ship?
Orders are dispatched from our French warehouse within 1 business day. Once shipped:
- France: Express delivery in 3 to 5 business days · €12.99
- European Union: Standard delivery in 5 to 8 business days · €29.99

Can Eric recommend the right mower for my yard?
Yes, and gladly. That's the whole point of Trimmly. Tell us about your space — size in m², slope, type of grass, how often you mow, and any constraints (storage size, noise sensitivity, budget) — and Eric will reply personally within one business day with a recommendation and the reasoning behind it.

Can I return my mower if I don't love it?
Absolutely. Every mower comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. Try it on your own lawn — if it's not the right fit, send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees, no awkward questions asked.
For the first 14 days you also benefit from the EU statutory right of withdrawal at no cost. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
What's covered under warranty?
Every mower we sell ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering motor, battery, frame, and assembly defects. Trimmly handles all warranty claims for you — you don't need to deal with the manufacturer directly.
Just email us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange the repair, replacement part, or replacement mower within 2 business days.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we partner with Klarna and Alma so you can split your purchase into 3 or 4 interest-free payments, or spread it across up to 24 months. Financing options appear automatically at checkout once your cart total qualifies.
Are spare parts and accessories available?
Yes. One of Eric's vetting criteria is parts availability — we don't sell mowers you can't repair five years from now. Browse our Accessories and Spare Parts collections, or contact us and we'll source the exact part for your model.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to France and all 27 European Union member states. If you'd like Trimmly to ship to your country, let us know — we expand based on demand from real customers.
