Shipping policy

At Trimmly, every order is dispatched from our fulfillment center in France. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes, how much it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

 1. Order processing

- Orders are processed **Monday through Friday**, excluding French public holidays.
- Orders placed **before 2:00 PM (CET)** on a business day are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped the next business day.
- Standard order processing time is **1 business day**.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping zones, delivery times, and rates

All prices include applicable VAT. Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships (not from order placement).

2.1 France (Metropolitan + Corsica)

2.3 Free shipping threshold

Orders with a cart subtotal of **€199 or more** qualify for **free shipping** to all destinations listed above. The free shipping option appears automatically at checkout once your cart meets the threshold.

2.4 Outside the European Union

We currently do not ship outside the European Union. If you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact our team.

3. Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order at any time by:

- Logging into your Trimmly account at **/account**
- Replying to your order confirmation email
- Contacting our support team (see Section 9)

Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Taxes, customs, and duties

- All prices displayed on our store include applicable **French and EU VAT**.
- There are **no additional customs duties** for deliveries within the European Union.
- The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay — no surprise fees on delivery.

5. Delivery address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Trimmly is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact our team within **1 hour** so we can attempt to update the address before the order is dispatched.

6. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

6.1 Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition:

1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s).
2. Contact us within **48 hours of delivery** at the address in Section 9.
3. We will arrange a **free replacement** or **full refund**, including return shipping if applicable.

6.2 Delayed shipments

If your shipment has not moved in tracking for **5 or more business days** past the expected delivery date, contact our team. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6.3 Marked as delivered but not received

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still not located, contact us within **7 days** so we can open an investigation.

7. Order modifications and cancellations

- Orders can be modified or cancelled within **1 hour** of placement, free of charge.
- After this window, the order enters our fulfillment pipeline and we cannot guarantee changes.
- For urgent changes, contact our team immediately (Section 9).

All Trimmly mowers include a **30-day risk-free trial**: if you're not satisfied, return the product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
