What We Sell

Trimmly is an independent online retailer of lawn mowers and garden trimming equipment. We do not manufacture the products we sell. All items are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.

Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order confirmed at checkout is charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

We ship to EU countries only. Orders over €199 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below €199 are subject to a shipping fee based on your delivery zone, as detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Right of Withdrawal — 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@trimmly.store. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated on each product page. In addition, all customers in the EU benefit from the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law, regardless of any manufacturer warranty.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trimmly.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Liability

Trimmly acts as a retailer and is not responsible for product design, manufacturing defects, or claims beyond the scope of the legal guarantee of conformity. Product specifications and images are provided by the manufacturers and are displayed in good faith.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
